Keyword Frequency

Keyword frequency deals with the amount of times keywords appear within a body of text on your website pages.

Repetition of keywords within your text can add relevance for your page within the search engines, however if you over use them your site can trip the filters some engines apply resulting in your site being held back for that keyword.

If you apply caution and have a low keyword count this could result in your website being seen by the search engines as having a low relevance.

Keyword frequency has changed over the years and it’s important to apply regular keyword frequency counts to your web pages making sure you are fully search engine targetted.
